MIA

Boy has it been busy around here the last few months! I barely have time to eat, much less blog! The boys are all doing good and growing fast. Here is a quick rundown of their "happenings"...

Maxx ~ He is doing great in school. I haven't heard the final word yet, but he scored a "1.5" on his literacy test (and then his teacher had to quit due to time constraints but planned to finish the test and see how far he can go sometime this week) which means he is reading at the level of a first grader in the fifth month of school! I cannot believe he is so smart!! He is maturing a little but still has his days. He is still best friends with Nick and Trevor, the neighbors who live 1 house up the street.

Miles ~ His vocabulary is increasing by the day. His social skills are getting better too. It's cute to watch him play with all the older kids on the street! He LOVES his soccer class, and anything sports related actually. He's taken a liking to hockey as well. He is still VERY strong willed. He is STILL not ready to potty train either, unfortunately! I plan to give it a serious go sometime this summer, hopefully sooner than later.

Mason ~ He is 14 months old now and still not walking but doing everything else! Climbing the stairs, the furniture, toys... you name it, he climbs all over it. He LOVES playing outside and getting dirty... although it's not my favorite thing to do with him as he still sticks everything in his mouth! Eww! He is still a huge mamma's boy. He has been sleeping through the night more frequently, but I am not holding my breath as he still only has four teeth! Little booger!

Me? Stressed. Overworked and underpaid. Actually although most days I am doing good, there are days that I just can't handle anymore. I have been growing increasingly less confident with my parenting skills... some days I am so fed up, tired and stressed that I let a lot of things slide that I shouldn't. I know I am a good mom, but I am a good mom at the end of her rope. It is TOUGH having three incredibly active boys under the age of six! Ahhh I don't know... this too shall pass, right?

Max is doing good too. Working hard as always, coaching soccer and still trying to get Kappac going. It looks like he has his first job, and although small, it's still money coming in. We won't see a penny of it though, it's staying in the bank for the company. It's exciting though! Maybe someday we won't be living paycheck to paycheck and constantly digging a hole deeper and deeper into debt? LOL

Summer is right around the corner! The weather is getting increasingly better and better... trees are getting greener and flowers are a bloomin'! I LOVE Spring and Summer. Thank GOD it is here now b/c after the winter we had, it was in dire need! ;)

I realize this was a very generic blog, but its been so long, I feel the need to catch up a bit. Who knows if I will even be able to keep up with this blog after all? I can only hope...
