Accomplishments

Boy are our weeds a growin' this summer! Both our boys and the real weeds in the backyard. ;) No really... Miles learned how to ride his bike with no training wheels. Max got out there with him for 15 minutes tops one evening and then the next evening, Miles just got on his bike and took off! With NO help whatsoever!! He never ceases to amaze us! Then, as we figured, Maxx followed suit and he learned about a week later! At first he said he didn't care that Miles knew how, he just wanted to ride his scooter. Well one night he got on his bike and just started by scooting around and not pedaling and then he tried VERY hard over and over to get the pedals in position to take off and boom! He took off as well! They LOVE riding their bikes together!

Mason? Well he is quite the popular little man on the street and growing as well. He is talking more and more and is just so darn cute.

Me? WELL, I joined the YMCA and have been working out 3+ times a week! I feel very proud of myself! I joined a "commit to be fit" program and already went through my first 3 weeks of training and today my trainer taught me how to use the weight machines. I haven't lost any weight yet (of course!) and although I keep trying to tell myself I am doing it to just be more FIT, I'd really like to see all my hard work PAY OFF in the form of a more trim and slender body LOL. It is NOT easy getting all of the kids out the door, checked into their appropriate classes and then work out... not to mention trying to fit in our usual activities with the playgroup! Phew!

Max? Well, he is training hard for the next Marathon! Other than that, he is just continuing to be the next to perfect husband and father he's always been. His company merged with their top competitor last week so he is officially job hunting for something here in town. It looks like he'll still have a job, but they would make us relocated to MA or CA. Ugh... NOT what we want to do! - He is also working hard on getting our finances in better order and so far it looks like we'll save hundreds of dollars a month, woo hoo! Not that we can do anything fun with it... just going to pay bills and dept!

Anyways, thats kinda whats going on with us! We're having Maxx's birthday party ON the 4th of July so look for updates and pictures of that. Sorry the last post didn't post pictures, I will have to edit that post at some point and get them up there LOL. Ahhh, technology. ;)
